RZ FORCE MANPOWER DEPLOYMENT TIMELINE
Ample training is a prerequisite of any successful security guard. The top security guards will have undergone extensive training to help them obtain the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their job role, and ours has done exactly that to ensure the best of performance when it comes to our work.
WEEK 1
Medical Check-up
Medical Check up in Nepal Process of medical check up for selected SG candidates will be conducted in Nepal. Results for medical will take 7 days. Medical check ups documents will be uploaded in FWCMS once receive from manpower agency in Nepal.
WEEK 2
Deployment planning
Following up with potential clients for deployment date. Submission of calling visa will be done upon receiving letter of award (LOA) from clients. Preparing lodgings and hostel for candidates and other security operation technical matters.
WEEK 3
Deployment process.
Calling visa approved Proceed to pay Levi permit, agent fees and flight tickets. Note* Levi & Permit shall proceed only when calling visas are approved.
WEEK 4
Settle-in Period.
Arrived in Malaysia. Thumbprint registration at immigration office. Medical check-up appointment. Deployment at clients premises.
Interview Process
RZ Force Sdn Bhd top management travel to Nepal for SG candidates selection. Criteria for selected candidates: 1. Speak & Write English/Malay 2. Physically fit (aged 20-45) 3. Experienced in security operation
Malaysian FWCMS System
Proceed to register candidate's medical documents into FWCMS This process is to record number of workers that has been used for our foreign workers quota from KDN. Medical Documents validity period is 3 months.
Deployment Confirmation
Letter Of Award (LOA) received from clients Purchasing of workers insurance Submission of calling visa for foreign workers application

Nepalese manpower agency needs 3-4 days to regroup all Nepalese candidates in Kathmandu Preparation to depart to Malaysia.
